A NO DOWNTIME PROGRAM
Objective: To provide unmatched service and support to our commercial customers who choose to purchase their equipment from Kenton Equipment. We pledge to keep you cutting and making profits.
Eligible Customer: Full-Time Commercial Cutting Companies
Eligible Products: NEW Commercial Riders, Walk-Behinds and Stand-Ons purchased from Kenton Equipment
Benefits:
- No Down Time: If you have a failure while your Kenton Equipment purchased machine is under the manufacturer warranty period, we will make every effort to repair your machine and get you back cutting within 24 HRS! If we cannot meet this time commitment, a loaner will be provided to you until your machine is repaired and ready to roll. This commitment applies to warranty and non-warranty break downs.
- Discounted Services: Reduce your maintenance and repair expenses by receiving a 10% discount on our standard labor rate for any services or repairs performed by our service department. This is not limited to equipment purchased from us. It extends to other brands of equipment in your fleet for whom we are an authorized servicing dealer.
- Discounted Parts Purchases: Protect your profits by receiving 10% off all parts, accessories, and supplies for your fleet purchased through our parts department.
- While You Wait Maintenance: Get on the job quick through scheduled “while you wait” blade sharpening and engine oil changes.
Program Guidelines:
- Purchaser must provide commercial certificate insurance documentation as proof of full-time operation and for records in case loaner is provided.
- All loaner units MUST be returned to Kenton Equipment within 24 hours of notification that repair has been completed. After this 24-hour period, daily fees may be assessed. It is the customers responsibility provide Kenton Equipment’s staff with effective contact information.
- Loaners will be as similar as possible to the down unit being repaired based on what is available. There is no guarantee the loaner will be exact brand, platform, and deck size.
- Customer is monetarily responsible for any damage, loss, theft or abuse of loaner mowers.
- Kenton Equipment reserves the right to discontinue any part or all of this program at any time or for any customer that does not follow these guidelines.
